• Your platform and version: macOS, Windows or iOS version, and the Bent Spool version.
• The host and the format (AU, VST3, AAX, standalone or AUv3; on Windows, VST3 or standalone).
• What you did, what you expected and what happened.
• For a desktop license problem, the license key and the exact message in the activation window.

To move a desktop license off a computer, email support. The plug-in has no deactivate button.
